Return and exchange policy
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since purchase, we apologize for exchanging or returning the product. The product must be in its original condition without being opened or used,
to complete the return request, the purchase invoice must be provided .
Refund if approved :
1- Once the products are received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that
we have received the items.
2- We will also inform you whether or not the refund has been approved.
3- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the balance will be automatically applied to the
credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.
4- Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received the refund yet, first find your bank
account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
5- Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted Products
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately discounted products cannot be refunded.
